DIRIYAH PROJECT

Since its launch in 2017, Vision 2030 has delivered a remarkable transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the heart of this groundbreaking agenda is a valley that nurtured its first inhabitants, Diriyah. Known as The City of Earth, it is today redefining urban cultural development. The giga-project is the culmination of centuries of history, and, across 14 km2, its development, the product of the Diriyah masterplan, is unlocking the founding story of the Kingdom. Wadi Safar, part of the Diriyah development is the world’s most exclusive development spanning 60 square km. Diriyah Company l شركة الدرعية , is led by Jerry Inzerillo under the chairmanship of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman. A Public Investment Fund (PIF) -portfolio giga-project, it is backed by a $63.2 billion investment pipeline.

MARINA DI SCARLINO

Marina di Scarlino, located on the stunning Mediterranean Sea, is the only integrated Mediterranean resort, offering guests a wealth of experiences all in one location.

Originally designed as a Marina Resort and Boatyard, Marina di Scarlino has evolved over the years to offer visitors a complete experience.

CASTELFALFI

Castelfalfi has become a thriving vacation spot and is the largest urban development project in Tuscany, covering 1100 hectares. The project aimed to revive an abandoned hillside village and turn it into a tourist destination, which involved the restoration and renovation of existing buildings and the construction of new infrastructure. The development included two golf courses, a luxury hotel, restaurants, a spa, and various residential properties, all designed to provide modern amenities while preserving the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the area.
